What Aura is

Aura is a platform that connects clients with beauty masters. We do not provide the services ourselves and are not a party to the agreement: quality, price and performance are the responsibility of the master.

Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile data and for keeping your password safe.
• One account — one person. Do not share access with third parties.
• We may block an account for violating these terms.

Content rules — zero tolerance

We do not tolerate offensive content or behavior. It is forbidden to post or send:

• insults, threats, hate speech, harassment;
• sexually explicit material and any content involving minors;
• fraudulent offers, spam and advertising of third-party services;
• other people's photos and texts passed off as your own;
• other people's personal data without their consent.

Reports and blocking

Next to every review, comment, listing and in every chat there is a "Report" button. We review reports within 24 hours: content that breaks the rules is removed and its authors are blocked without warning. You can also block any user yourself — their messages and content will stop being shown to you. The list of blocked users and unblocking are in the "Profile" section.

Bookings and cancellations

A booking through the app is an arrangement with a specific master. You can cancel a booking in the "My bookings" section. Cancellation terms and any lost-time charges should be agreed directly with the master.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for the actions of users and masters.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will show significant changes in the app. Continued use means you accept the new version.
